L&A Consulting LLC, also known as Landeros & Associates, is a consulting firm that helps entrepreneurs and investors make sound financial decisions in business. The firm specializes in Business Valuations / Business Appraisals, Business purchase / Business Acquisition Due Diligence, Business Plans, Entrepreneurship and Financial Literacy training, Business Sales and Acquisitions and overall Business/Financial Coaching. L&A Consulting has been operating for about 15 years and is owned and operated by Professor Landeros. 

Professor Landeros has been working with small businesses for close to 25 years in Southern California. Aside from being a Tenured College Professor, he has owned and operated seven different businesses in different industries including a business consulting firm, a restaurant/bar, e-commerce jewelry store, real estate investments and a candy factory among others.  In addition, he served as the President/CEO for the San Diego County Hispanic Chamber of Commerce a few years back and built a career afterwards in the business lending industry with important financial institutions such as Citibank, Union Bank and CDC Small Business Finance where he currently continues to work as a Consultant.  Professor Landeros currently works as an Associate Professor for San Diego Mesa College in the School of Business & Technology and as an Adjunct Professor for Southwestern Community College where he teaches business, accounting and finance courses.

• Certified Valuation Analyst by NACVA for Business Appraisals
• Licenses: California Real Estate, Series 6 & 63, Life/Health Insurance
• Board Certified Credit Consultant by The Credit Consultants Association
