Over the last 10 years, Landeros & Associates has provided Entrepreneurship and Financial Literacy training to many nonprofit organizations in Southern California. Our focus has always been in helping Entrepreneurs launch their business and teach people the necessary Financial skills to be successful. Our signature program is an Entrepreneurship Series which consists of 6-10 sessions, once a week, where we teach Entrepreneurs the realities of starting and managing a Business in California. Topics include Common Traits among Successful Entrepreneurs, Effective Marketing Techniques, Permits/Licenses, Accounting Principles, Financial Projections, Organization and Legal Structures, Expansion Strategies etc. In general, attendees get the tools necessary to write an Effective Business Plan. Financial Literacy programs include classes on Budgeting, Saving for Retirement, Buying vs Leasing, Credit Repair among others.
